Stretching and Flexibility

Providing assisted static, dynamic, and neuro-dynamic stretching to improve a client’s overall flexibility, posture, and athletic performance. As your Stretching and Flexibility Coach, I assist with tight muscles, stabilization for your joints, and reinforce mobility. Bridging the gap between alignment and true fluid mobility so you can move, heal, and live without restriction.

Reflexology

Reflexology is deep pressure applied by the therapist using only her thumbs and fingers (pressure is adjusted to your tolerance) on the specific reflex points of the hands, feet and upper body. These points correlate to the whole body in a referral system. The therapist is able to identify the areas of stress in your body by the tenderness of the specific reflex points in your hands and feet. By addressing these tender points on the feet and hands with pressure the corresponding area of the body becomes relaxed.
